My passion lies in helping my clients to build self-confidence and a greater sense of peace in their lives by connecting to the core of who they are and dropping thoughts and habits that are no longer helpful. By combining talk therapy with EMDR we can improve the way you feel and relate to yourself, and others, to allow you to live a more fulfilling life.

Your treatment will be centered around getting more in touch with who you are. I will work with you to move through whatever you are facing. I believe that you are unique & that the solutions to your life challenges are unique to you, we will find those solutions together.

I believe that you can work through long standing issues big or small and improve your life, your sense of well being and your relationship to yourself and others. I will provide a nonjudgmental space to explore your emotional life and heal what needs healing.
